Waveguide Gunn Diode Oscillators from Fairview Microwave

This new series of mechanically tunable Waveguide Gunn Diode Oscillators from Fairview Microwave are available in compact packages that include WR-90, WR-42, WR-28 waveguide ports. Our Waveguide Gunn Diode Oscillators are designed for 50 Ohms. The Waveguide Gunn Diode Oscillator models have the following output frequencies 9.375 GHz with +/- 0.25 GHz tuning, 24.125 GHz with +/- 1 GHz tuning, and 35 GHz with +/- 3 GHz Tuning. Output power levels range from +12.5 dBm to +18.5 dBm, with Phase Noise as low as 105 dBc/Hz @ 100 KHz offset.
